Thanks Baldwin. Btw please clarify item 19.b. What if the seller changes the price on a new post but its below the original price? The purpose of which is to sell faster given a cheaper price - perhaps this rule can apply to increasing the price? Btw, i believe the forum allows an edit by the thread starter within 24 hours of making the post - so perhaps the rule of decreasing the price may apply even on the same first post using edit?

This should be ok but this opens a whole new can of worms because then we would have to set a limit of how many times a seller can reduce the price. Our policy is to allow a seller to "bump" his thread once a week so this rule might be affected by allowing the seller to change price whenever they feel like it. It would be too much work for the mods. If the seller puts "NEG" or negotiable in their first post then it should be clear that the price can be reduced. It would also help the seller if he/she would does some research on how much the going market price is. If it doesn't sell then at least the seller can post it again next month. But if he/she can't wait, then just place 'RUSH", "ASAP" or "MUST GO" and I'm sure the seller will receive a lot of offers possibly lower than what he/she posted.

You're right. Mod made a mistake. Dapat 1 infraction point lang because you posted your fish for sale in a discussion forum and not hijacked a thread. I'll adjust it. Sorry!

How fair is this infraction system?

Some moderators are poor judges of content and never leave any space for "printed" errors. oftentimes, i see it as their way of power tripping. they don't even read the context of the texts themselves. as long as the printed texts don't conform to their "proper" format...you either get edited or an infraction.

if my pm functions were enabled, i would have said a lot more.

please advice on where i could address my grievances properly.

Maybe the Admins can make a thread here for those who have questions on their infractions. Which is also subject to forum rules and guidelines.
